The methodology assistant builds the survey, not just a plan
The assistant used to end at a wall of prose telling you to go build the instrument in a survey platform — while you were already standing inside one. Now the result screen has a primary action that creates the project and drops you straight into the builder with a real draft: every validated scale the plan clearly named gets imported, and plainly-labelled items are drafted for whatever no scale covers. It never guesses at scale matches — if a name fragment could fit two scales equally, neither gets imported, and the assistant's own note about what was left comes through into the instrument so you can see the gap yourself.
Manage your campus's buildings and rooms
Institution admins can now manage their physical campus from the admin console — buildings, rooms (with separate teaching and exam capacity, accessibility, and open-vocabulary features), and a soft preference weight between a department and a building. It follows the same pattern as the departments and calendar admin screens, audit log included, and warns you what else gets deleted before a building or room delete goes through.
Surveyor's mobile sweep is finished
Following up on the canvas builder and results-tab fixes in the last release: the sub-nav across every results tab now scrolls instead of squeezing seven tab labels into an unreadable strip, and the Open Text, Questions, Responses, and comparison-builder tabs all stack into a usable single column on a phone instead of losing their main content past the edge of the screen. Distribute, Longitudinal, and the three Delphi views got the same treatment — Distribute's asset pane, in particular, had a mobile rule that was silently a no-op (a stylesheet override losing to an inline style), so it looked fine at the top of the page and clipped everything below the first screen. We also fixed a crash on the survey preview page that was 500ing in production.
Also new
- Save any paper or scale straight to your library from its page. A "Save to library" button now sits on individual paper and scale pages, not just search results — signed out, it takes you to log in and back to the same item instead of dropping you on the dashboard.
- You can delete a source from the editor's Sources panel now, without leaving your draft for the library page. It's the same soft delete either way — the source is restorable from Trash, and if it's cited, the citation keeps rendering while the source itself leaves your library.
Fixed
- The public verification page could silently fail to show the document. A dependency bug in how the page sanitizes and renders a published Folio Page's content could throw during rendering; the page itself never crashed, but the document body sometimes just didn't appear. That path no longer depends on the piece that was breaking.
- Links Folio generates now point straight at www.usefolio.co — share links, notification emails, and Surveyor invites used to point at the bare domain, which redirected to www on every request. Same destination, one less hop.
