This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions on Folio. If something is unclear, please email us at hello@usefolio.co.
Folio is a subscription-based SaaS product. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period.
Renewal charges — monthly or annual — are not refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.
Email hello@usefolio.co with your account email and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
No refunds are issued for:
— Partial months after the 7-day window
— Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service
— Free tier (Scholar) accounts — the free tier has no charge
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not remove access for the current period.
