How is it priced?
Per institution, scaled to your size, not per seat. You get the whole platform for everyone on your subdomain, so there is no counting logins or rationing features.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. Instructors can use Folio Classroom for individual courses at no cost, and we can stand up a pilot subdomain for your department so you can evaluate the full institution experience.
What about students who already use Folio?
Their personal account and their institution membership are one identity in two contexts. Nothing they’ve written personally is exposed to the institution, and vice versa.
Do you offer invoicing / purchase orders?
Yes. Institutional agreements are handled directly, on invoice, with the terms your procurement process needs.
